The Plant People (2006) Ltd is a well established Landscape Company with our main office located in Otahuhu, Auckland. Due to growth an opportunity exists for an Estimator to join our fantastic Team.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will entail:
- Estimating
- Pricing
- Take offs & Scheduling quantities
- Variations
- Tender preparation and analysis
- Supply negotiations
- Budget management
- Liaising with various entities – Project managers, clients and builders
- Preparation of claims
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and computer literacy skills – Excel and Word
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Auckland market
- Good command of the English language
- Full Drivers license
